DMS Earth Hospitality Group was tasked with rebranding the Vietnamese restaurant Bocaphe in New York's Chelsea district. Designer Marnie Gelhard revamped the space, drawing inspiration from Hanoi and Saigon Vietnam. The team put an emphasis on the fresh ingredients and revamped the menu.
